Delivery and collection times.

When making your booking you will be asked to select a delivery time. Our delivery times are between 9.30am and 12.30pm and collection are between 5pm and 7.30pm (Does not apply to hall hires)
When booking for hall hires please allow half hour for setup and half hour for collection.

Our bouncy castles are normally out for maximum of 7 hours.
If you require a later collection time additional charges may apply.

We will contact you before your booking date with your delivery and collection times.

What happens if it rains on the day of hire?

If it's raining on the day of hire and you need to cancel or we may decide weather is to bad for us to put castles out. there will be no charge if you have paid in full or made a deposit we will transfer this to another date of your choice subject to availability

cancellations for any other reason deposits/full payments are non refundable and will be transferred to another date of your choice subject to availability.

Can your inflatables go indoors?

Yes most our bouncy castles can, we ask for you to check the height and width of the venue and let us know we can then confirm which castle is suitable.

What is the age limit?

Our children's bouncy castles are suitable for 11 years and under (Adults), should never enter the castle. Do NOT allow anybody over this age as it can cause damage to the castle and they will be uninsured., we do have adult castles available suitable for teenagers and adults.

What are your payment terms?

upon booking you will be required to pay 25% deposit by Paypal at checkout or bank transfer you will receive our bank details in the confirmation email shortly after booking. Non payment of deposit within 72 hours of booking may result in you’re booking being cancelled.

The remaining 75% balance will need to be paid in cash on delivery on the day of you’re booking unfortunately we are unable to take card or cheque payments on delivery.
